🚨 Important Bearded Biomed University Update 🚨
I wanted to give everyone a quick update regarding Bearded Biomed University access.
The LMS platform I use to host the university, Canvas Free-for-Teacher by Instructure, recently experienced a security incident and has temporarily disabled access for all Free-for-Teacher users while they investigate and implement additional safeguards.
Because of this, some users may currently be unable to access courses or log into the platform. Unfortunately, this issue is outside of my control at the moment, and I am unable to reset or restore accounts until Canvas re-enables access.
I’ve attached the official notice from Canvas for transparency and clarity.
I know this is frustrating, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I’m actively monitoring updates and will get everyone back up and running as soon as access is restored.

STEP 1: ENROLL - Click to enroll, select student, create student account. Once enrolled you no longer need the join code you can just login . Please provide your email during enrollment in order to send certificates. (LOGIN ID MUST BE YOUR EMAIL)
STEP 2: MAIN PAGE - Click on Assignments
STEP 3: ASSIGNMENTS - Assignments organized via “shown by date” click “show by type” in the right corner
STEP 4: GROUPED BY 1 CEU OR ½ CEU - Select an assignment
STEP 5: WATCH VIDEO - Upon completion you will see a “Submit” button to turn in the assignment) * If you exit or refresh the page you will have to restart the video.
STEP 6: CERTIFICATE ISSUE - Within the week of completion you will be emailed your CEU certificate
